Production Breakdown for the Video Game "Iaijutsu"

Background:
After our game's initial producer left the project to accept a new role as an Associate Producer at Raven Software, I had the opportunity to take our team to the finish line as the team's new producer. In the 4 months that I've served as the game's producer, my responsibilities have been as follows.

Producer Responsibilities:

Managed a Jira session
Led weekly meetings
Created and executed a new development road map
Created 2 Storefront pages for the game
Created a trailer for the game
[Expected] Publish Iaijutsu on Steam and Itch.io. (release date: July 5th, 2022)
