Jeffrey Daijiro Taylor (b. 1999).

My name is Jeffrey Daijiro Taylor and I am a music composer, audio designer, and project coordinator. On the music side, I have composed for films, games, and other media along with having a personal library of instrumental and vocal works. On the audio side, I have worked as a film post production audio mixer, sound designer and Unity game audio implementer. My full-time job is as a project coordinator on the audio description accessibility team at Deluxe Media in Burbank, CA. Deluxe Media is one of the largest audio post-production companies in the world. Deluxe specializes in film and game audio mastering, Localization, and distribution.

In college, I earned a BM in Music Composition with Magna Cum Laude at Ithaca College’s School of Music. Two of my largest pieces during college were “Dreams Beyond Earth” for Orchestra and “The Mist” for SSAATTBB choir. "Dreams Beyond Earth" was chosen as the winners of the college’s prestigious best orchestral composition competition by Pulitzer Prize and Grammy nominated composer Fredrik Kaufmann.

After college, I have gone on to manage a balance of music composition and audio mixing projects. "Moments Fleeting", which I served as the music composer and post production audio mixer on, went on to win an award from the prestigious Director's Guild of America. My collaboration with High Tops Media has allowed me to compose several podcast themes. My longtime commitment to the Iaijutsu team has allowed me to serve several roles on the team including being the Jira Project Manager, Sound Designer, Music composer and Unity audio implementer.
